Comments: The original scooter we ordered was out of stock. The merchant suggested an alternate scooter with nearly identical specifications that we could receive in time for Christmas at the same price. The scooter arrived as promised and appears to be equal to or better than the originally requested scooter.

Comments:  Our purchase from EarthScooters, was great, the prices for our items where low, compared to others. The shipping was included in the low price, which was wonderful. Although there was some damage by the shipping carrier, EarthScooters responded very timely to our e-mail requests and ordered replacement parts. Cant blame EarthScooters for the shipping accident... so our overall rating of the service provided was Excellent!
